Went in today to get our son a present and the awesome chick that was working Elizabeth was the most sweetest and knowledgeable chick!! Helped us ordered the last Pokeball left in AUS for our son!! This girl needs a promotion!!!

Abysmal customer service, the team here certainly needs to up their game or at the very least pretend to enjoy their jobs. Either the store manager doesn't know what good customer service is themselves or it needs to be brought to their attention the basics such as acknowledging customers.I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Could hear what I assume was the manager complaining about there staff and budget openly swearing near the shop-floor while I was trying to shop with my kids used to love bringing the kids here to see the old managers on pokemon day they always had stickers and cards to hand out.

Friendly staff, wide range of services and products to suit your needs. Prices are reasonable and affordable. All products are good quality and stock is easily maintained and accessible. I have shopped here many times and will continue to do so. Will recommend the store to anyone. Uniforms are clean and store is clean
