$14 + with a nippy's milk drink. That isn't a potato cake. It is a piece of flake. My mates was the same size. And his meal about the $14 mark as well. The dark spot is from blood, where the fish isn't clean properly. And the flesh was grey under 30 % of the fish. For a fish shop on a water front fishing dock you would expect a premium product.

The fish and chip we usually go to in Bridport has closed, so we went to The Bridge for the first time. It is excellent. The fish and chips were so fresh and not at all greasy. Great service, and as a bonus, they have South Melbourne Market dim sims!In the photo, the chips are on top of the fish, potato cakes, and the rest.

Came all the way from Western Australia to Bridport for a good scallop. Ordered 13 scallops they were VERY small, overcooked and tasteless and the fish was a processed regular stamped out which was also disappointing. Service was excellent and the premises were clean and tidy. Thanks Dave

Good, clean & well priced takeaways. We ate in because it was convenient, and the premise was clean, tidy and well presented.Staff were friendly and efficient and never complained that we over stayed by 15min(sorry didn't read the sign)All our meal choices were freshly cooked and properly crisp which is how I like my chips and fish.We were here 12 months ago and it was good, it's great to see a takeaway shop with consistency. They also have amenities which is rare but appreciated.

Good range of fish & chips. Whiting, flathead, flounder, scallops, S&P calamari. We had 1 Whiting, 1 flathead, 6 scallops, 6 s&p calamari, a large dimsim & small chips for about $40. Filled both of us. Scallops were smaller than expected but might be out of season in August.seating inside & outside. Friendly staff

One of the only places I could find in Bridport for fresh takeaway fish. Sadly that is reliant on a delivery from George Town, which appeared to be running late this day. After two visits there, we settled on fish they had in stock. Reasonably priced and their deep fried menu looked worthy of trying some day.

Excellent dining, both inside & out, plus amenities available. We ordered a family pack, the flake was delicuous, perhaps a little small, potato cakes were amazing, good chips despite the other reviews but wasn't a huge fan of the calamari rings. They also had some delicious ice cream options available for our daughter. Clean with nice staff.
