We used XPert Building to fit out our shop, City Cave Clayfield. The team created an amazing Wellness Centre to an extremely high standard. The finish was perfection. Trent and his team were always professional and communicated so well from start to finish. We were always kept up-to-date with the building progress and Trent was so responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. We couldn't be more happy with the quality of build and finish done by XPert Building ... thank you Trent and team (love your work!)

We recently used Xpert building to remodel our Ensuite/dressing room and bathroom/laundry in our beach unit and we were ecstatic with our experience. Having had some experience with renovations I had quite high expectations of what we were looking for from our tradesmen and after speaking to a couple of different builders there was definitely no doubt we would be using Trent and team. From our first meeting with Trent we were blown away with his professionalism, calm manner and can do attitude. Trent and all of his team (especially Krystal who is a real life angel) were fantastic. From the get go we were kept up to date with progress, offered different designs, colour schemes, budgeting options and the experience from start to finish was exceptional. We are already planning our next renovation project with Trent and would not hesitate to recommend Xpert to anyone looking to find the perfect builder. You won’t find better.

I feel compelled to write this review after such a positive experience with the Xpert building team. We recently expanded our beauty salon The Lash Spa in Varsity and asked around for a few quotes from different companies. The build was a big investment for our young family and it was important to us that we had our salon open for as long as possible during the renovation.The reason we chose Trent and the rest of the Xpert building team is because they are also small business and completely understood. We collaborated on ways to keep the shop running and Trent came up with the idea of having a mini reception for part of the renovation so we could still operate. Other bigger companies were telling us to shut down for a few weeks for the fit out which wasn't really an option - so we went with Xpert Building.It turns out we made the right choice because the team was amazing! They came in to work before we opened and came back after we closed. This flexibility made the world of difference for us. They transformed our salon from 4 rooms to 9 with a large reception space in only 3 weeks. When I said that timeframe I thought they'd tell there was no way it would be possible. However they said it would be fine. I also expected for the build to run overtime and for the budget to keep creeping up as I've always seen on design shows.However the time frame was actually met to the day and the price was set in stone. Trent and the team were honest, trustworthy and reliable. Being a woman, I haven't had the most positive experiences in the past when it comes to dealing with tradesmen - however I felt nothing but respect from the team. This sounds like a strange thing to comment on but other women reading this will understand.Down to the technical side of things - there was a lot involved when it came to building codes which we weren't aware of but Trent is knowledgeable and ensured we had all the correct approvals. It's a nice feeling knowing everything has been done properly and legally. This is important to us for insurance purposes.The end result - the work is flawless and my husband and I are very happy with the outcome. Xpert Building transformed our unit with a full renovation. The most impessive rooms being the kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
