SVS Goodna staff helped me cease smoking over a year ago. Their knowledge and patience explaining vaping products suited to my needs has improved my general health and saved me thousands of dollars (now making e juice using their concentrates) thank you heaps and heaps Cherie, Myah and Josh, oh and of course the most venerated 'Hon Lik' who developed the whole science : )

Cherie was amazing today made me feel so comfortable and confident to know what I was buying and assisted me with my thousand questions. She was very welcoming. I felt like a valued customer. The lady who served me today, was wonderful. She gave me several options of Mods that fitted the wish list that I gave her. She gave me heaps of info about each device and talked to me at my experience level.I walked away with a new Mod, which is working brilliantly. Thank you so much for your input.The store was neat and tidy and I was served quickly.I will be back.

Great store and amazing help from Josh. Stopped in for some coils for my Freemax tank. Josh was very helpful making sure I got the right coils. He also re -wrapped my batteries. Such a refreshing experience to have a knowledgeable sales person in the store. Not all stores have this. Thanks Josh :)
