I have purchased several sofa's through the team at Plush in Albury.In both cases I cannot sing their praises high enough, nothing was too much trouble and the delivery process went as smooth as it could be. I was kept up to date throughout the whole time I was waiting, which was about 8-10 weeks (better than any other retailer I had been to) and it actually arrived in the timeframe that was quoted!! The delivery guys were simply charming and again the ladies that I was dealing with were simply lovely! I will definitely be back and sending all friends and family that are looking for a genuinely good quality sofa with great customer service to boot to Plush Albury!! 5 stars all the way!! Keep it up!!

I have had my Carlton king settee with electric motion in smooth snow leather for a year and a half now. The quality and tailoring is excellent. Guests to my home comment on its good looks and sublime comfort. It's like sitting on a cloud which is just what I need after a hard day at the office. I don't have to worry about my nieces and nephews spilling anything because it's a protected leather and cleans very easily. I love it. I got the 5 year protection plan for only $69 a seat and the 10 year warranty is the best around. I highly recommend Plush and the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've shopped at many retailers and the service before and after delivery at Plush is highly professional and top notch. They truly care about the customer. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very disappointing.Initially my wife purchased some of Plush Furnitures higher end furnishings for one of our rental properties months ago.Being told of an expected delivery date that ensured pre easter delivery that was not met.Further, a second delivery date was not met.Currently, the furnishings remain in a warehouse somewhere in Melbourne.With us being told we can freight them up to the mountains here ourselves, despite having paid Plush Furnishings to deliver.We also only discovered that the delivery dates wouldn't be met by our own efforts as Plush furnishings did not even bother to inform us of the arranged deliveries not happening.Finally being assured that the furnishings would be delivered Wednesday just gone, however, when we called on the Tuesday prior, we were told that that delivery also would not occur.Repeated phone calls to the Albury Plush Furniture Store only met with contradictions by their staff, no call backs and still no furnishings.We have now taken the issue to their state management level hoping to get some response and our paid for furnishings finally delivered.In completion, we also did not appreciate having Plush Furniture staff repeatedly play one conversation against the other when we called.At this point in time there has still been no response from their state management as promised either.This review is a result of their poor service, lack of care about their agreements and our furnishings still stacked in Melbourne.Very disappointed, we had not expected this experience from them. Perhaps this brief outline of our negative experience with them shall motivate a response and get our goods delivered to us.

Customer care, warranty and repairs process is absolutely deplorable. No one can tell you anything and the 'customer care' department is pointless. I have been chasing a warranty claim for 2 months without any information. Been in store, emailed, phone calls and still nothing. Do not expect assistance after they have sold you their item.

We wanted to order a new sofa bed for our spare room. We dealt with Christine at the store who was very knowledgeable with their furniture. We were extremely happy with the service from the Albury store. We will purchase from here again.

We ordered a sofa recently at Plush Albury. Andrea is so helpful and professional. She is so friendly and efficient. She gave us lots of useful information, e.g. dimensions, choices of materials, etc., in order to assist us to make an informed decision, which was fantastic.
