Great experience selling some stuff. I got a reasonable price which I traded for store credit. Cex has a great range of games and electronics which makes store credit a great option. Staff were friendly. Have also bought many used games as well. Prices are very reasonable.

Male with the patch under his beard will constantly tell you it’s above his pay grade to deal with basically anything, then proceeds to literally place my item on the floor and walk away. Female who works there is just as useless however she does know how to use a computer which is a good start considering it is a tech store.

Was really happy to see CeX operated in Aus as I'm currently out here visiting a friend and managed to pick him up a Xbox 360 (in great condition) + some games to go with it all with ease.

Two words. Don’t. Bother.Bought a phone for tradie husband who runs his own business and relies heavily on his phone for calls. We were told phones have been tested, checked and are working 100%. Great, we purchased a strong cover and put a screen protector on it which cost $$. Get home and phone does not work - can’t hear the person on the other end of the phone call. We bring the phone in the next day. Get a replacement phone and the manager was kind enough to buy another screen protector for us as I was upset about loosing the first one. Get home and phone does not work again! Same issue, cannot hear when making a phone call. We got a refund but were pretty much told tough luck on the case and screen protector. Not compensated at all for any of the inconvenience or money lost. Absolutely hopeless. Save yourself the trouble and headache and go somewhere else.

THE WORST. At first they act like they know what they’re doing then they try sell you a Alienware Laptop(there very expensive) for around $300 but i’ll say that if your trying to buy something there it’s good but DO NOT SELL ANYTHING THERE!

Great selection of stuff in store however everything is very expensive for a second hand goods. Example would be a second hand PS4 controller is $30 more expensive than a new one.

They don't allow you to change your store credit back to cash. Do not get store credit. Everything is overpriced and you can find things much cheaper elsewhere. When asking staff here to show me any information about this in terms and conditions they were unable to advise me. It did not state nor was it told to me that I would not be able to exchange store credit for cash later. Very very disappointing. Now have to waste money on very expensive items in store.
