I used Malishev Homes for our vacation home in Geelong - even while living in California! They made the process simple and painless and once I got back over there I was beyond amazed! They remodeled our entire backyard ~7200 sqft. We added a pool with flagstone installed throughout. They added 3 waterfalls w/ fire, an amazing spa, a massive BBQ area and a separate firepit. Great pricing as well! Thank you Nathan and team and we look forward to working with you on our other investment properties in the area!

My Wife and I visited the Madison display home on Torquay Rd last weekend. The sales staff were incredibly helpful and their knowledge of the product was fantastic! We were very impressed with the level of detail and features in this home, it was unlike anything we've seen on other displays.
