Amazing environment, staff was absolutely wonderful and the service provided was outstanding. I had my hair done with senior hair dresser Graciele and she’s not only a sweetheart and a lovely person but she’s also highly experienced (22 years she told me) and amazing at what she does which made me feel so comfortable too. Words can’t describe how happy I am with my hair now! Thank you Graciele and level 10 team!

I got my hair coloured with Lily, I am very picky about the colour not being too warm" and not getting a harsh regrowth line as it grows and fades. Lily did an exceptional job of selecting/mixing a perfect colour and I am so happy to say it's now 4 weeks later and I have no harsh regrowth line! I'll definitely be coming back for my next colour"

Today I went for a full colour service and I wanted to share the experience - specifically with the consult. The stylist listened to everything I wanted and had a genuine discussion about what we could achieve. Once I received my quote it was higher then I was comfortable with for that day and she re discussed what we could do and really helped work within my budget. She did a fabulous job and I’m so in love with it. I really appreciated her taking the time to adjust to my budget and still get me a desirable result, and then gave me suggestions for maintenance and we re booked for an easy appointment next time to help maintain it.
