No words can express our happiness with my gorgeous engagement ring.Adam from Monty Adams has given my fiance & I the very best, friendly personalised service when it came to designing my engagement ring .From our very first meeting Adam understood what we were after & was so easy to talk too, we could have chat for hours.Making sure we both understood every step, process & all that comes with designing & purchasing such a meaningful piece of jewellery.We have since purchased our wonderful wedding bands as well, all ready for our big day in October. I could not recomend Michelle & the team at Monty Adams higher.I had a few diamonds handed down to me by my grandmother and Michelle guided me along the design process to create the most incredible ring with the diamonds and located the perfect emeralds to accompancy them! She was extemeley helpful and kept me in the loop at every step. She was incredibly informative and helpful throughout the process, taking extra care to ensure my partner and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and ended up with a ring I really love! Absolutely superb craftsmanship and customer service by the team at Monty. This business provides the best custom made engagment rings, exactly the way you want it.Michelle provided absolutely the best advice and was extremely helpful every step of the way. She patiently dedicated her time to find the diamond to suit our specific requirements and budget...and not settling for second best (despite me annoyingly changing my mind a couple of times). The orders were timely with CAD drawings provided to make sure the designs were perfect.The ring turned out stunning and we are extremely happy. No doubt we'll come back again.

Highly recommended! :)We met Denise of Monty Adams last March 2021 in a wedding expo. Since then, she helped us to choose the best wedding ring for us. She never fails to follow up with us even after the lockdown for about 7 months I think. Denise was very amazing and very friendly.They gave us a competitive price (more reasonable price than other jewellers) and to think that our wedding rings are custom made:) The processing was very fast, we didn’t expect to have it earlier than expected. And they resize my engagement ring for free!:) Thank you so much again Monty Adams especially Denise for being part on our wedding preparation. :)

Amazing service and work! Michelle did an amazing job with my fiancée's engagement ring and with our wedding rings. My fiancée loves her engagement ring so much and the wedding rings look amazing, I can't wait to wear mine!The service was top notch. I had little idea of what to do with the engagement ring, but Michelle's expertise and knowledge was so helpful in picking out the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée, and it is brilliant. She then helped us both with the wedding rings, and went above and beyond to personally meet us both and also in the delivery of them.Would 100% recommend these guys, and would especially recommend Michelle as well - she is exceptional in what she does :).
