Wife was happy with what she brought, they are a little like jewelers, 50-70% off items that have been marked up a couple of 100% from their purchase price. Quality is usually fairly good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Can’t give negative stars . Never visit this place. Middle aged lady worked as a sales person today. We went to buy a bag. She never talk with us or greet or serve us. She was just looking away and avoiding us. She was serving the customer that came after us very well. Racists... that’s all I have to say....

Me and my husband went to strandbag innaloo store this evening. I was very disappointed to see the rude behaviour of attendant (middle age lady)with one of the customer. She talked to her in such a bad way. Customer was trying to choose a bag and was trying to walk away to another aisle but attendant lady approached her and literally shouted at her saying “ hey you, I just can’t run away like that after making such a mess”. She could have told her politely and professionally but unfortunate not. Customer did not say anything. But I felt so bad that we left the store.

Bag seam came apart so took it back with a receipt. First I was told I had already returned it once. Wrong. Then I was told the price had gone up so I had to pay the difference for a replacement. Wrong again. Was planning to give 5 stars after they replaced it, but not after they tried that BS. Hopefully this replacement bag doesn't fall apart like the last one. Won't be shopping there again.
