Horrific Service from a blonde lady in this location when I visited seeking some assistance with repairs.Clearly customer service is of low priority to her, and rudeness and attitude is her nature.Suggest not to bother visiting this business ever!

Wow, took my 30 year old bracelet in today to see if they could fix the clasp on my bracelet. Yes they could, did it in 15 minutes and didn’t charge. I’m going back next week to buy some earrings, that’s how impressed I was with their service…well done guys

I had Rodger make all of our wedding rings. He is absolutely the best. He listened to all of the details we were looking for and collaborated with us to make absolutely beautiful and one of a kind pieces. For what we got, they were absolute steals, as we looked at many other jewelers and their prices. Rodger is honest and I will definitely be back again. I have also recommended Rodger to some of my friends, and they have had him make rings for them too. Couldn't be happier. The rings are still in amazing condition many years later. I would definitely go and say hi. Legend.

The highest level of service was provided to my Dad and I when we approached Rodger Thomas jewellers to make my Mother’s 60th birthday gift from the family. Nicole was just beautiful to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. After our wonderful experience, I have recommended their services to other relatives and they’ve been equally impressed. We were thrilled with the result of the jewellery itself and the quality of handmade craftsmanship. Highly recommend!!
