Dena has given me every bit of support I've needed so far. I can't recommend ETC and Dena enough, especially if you're searching for a job.

Fiona has been just phenomenal from start to finish. Shes been assisting me to finding a suitable job as she made the service interpersonal and customed. Due to that commitment, she was able to align me with a great position. I will forever be thankful for her support and the team at ETC.

my youth advisor ben has helped me tremendously since i have signed up with etc, not only has he helped me find employment but has made it a priority for it to be something I will enjoy. Ben is a very understanding and patient youth advisor which makes him easy to talk to and easy to share my concerns with. he makes sure all my needs are met and is overall really good at supporting me.

I've been with ETC a good few years, the team at Kempsey Etc is wonderful and I did doubt whether I would gain a job or not, eventually it paid off. I did course's and gained more skills and knowledge over that time and I enjoyed it. So a big thank you to the whole team at Kempsey ETC. Dena from etc Kempsey has been extremely helpful and effective to finding me jobs that best suit my character skill set. Upon moving from wauchope to Kempsey I've had major increase of high job activity. It's been 1 week joined with etc Kempsey and I have had over 30 applications sent of all through Dena. Excellent work brilliant customer service and I'd give a higher star rating only 5 is max thank you !

My experience with ETC has been excellent. My employment service provider is Dena in the Kempsey office and she has been awesome!I recently moved from Sydney back to the Mid north Coast after losing a close relative down there.Dena has been understanding and extremely helpful, making my transition so much easier. ETC Kempsey has been truely amazing over the last couple of months thanks to my Transition to work advisor Ben! Ben has gone above and beyond to help me with everything I have needed getting into a great job I love! I am incredibly sad to have just found out the transition to work program will no longer be running after June for the simple fact I will no longer have Ben as my advisor, he is truely amazing at what he does and genuinely cares about the youth he works with, he is kind and compassionate and just really wants the best for you and is willing do whatever he can to help you get there. I really hope you have another position opening up when the program ends so you don’t loose such an incredible worker.
