The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great range of Stihl and Honda products.I bought a new Honda whipper snipper and they filled the oil and fuel and gave me a rundown on its operation & maintenance.When I went back and purchased an accessory they also provided advice on installation and preventative maintenance.The store was also very clean and well presented.

My father-in-law purchased a Honda lawn mower only 4 months ago. Took mower back for repair today and couldn’t fix it. Said to my 80 year old father-in-law to drive to mechanics at Ulladulla for repair and left them with that. This mower is under warranty and Wrights didn’t want anything to do with it. Shocking customer service. Don’t recommend.

Took my chainsaw for a repair. I was told by the owner if the business that my chainsaw was $1000 to repair.My mate repaired it with genuine new part $75 plus 2 hrs labor… I will never use this business again.

The best place with the best brands for mowers and chainsaws. I've bought a Honda mower, whipper snipper, stihl chainsaw and blower. All set up ready to go so you can use it straight away. I stuffed up my chainsaw a couple of times and they fixed it for me both times in a few minutes and didn't charge me a thing. Great service and products

Very disappointing service, dropped my Honda generator into them and told they were waiting on parts, then get a phone call a week later to say they couldn't get it running and that they hadn't even ordered parts. Get it back to our workshop 3 pulls on the rip cord and running as it was when I dropped it to them. Both dishonest and unreliable I wouldn't recommend them

I bought a new Honda mower from them in 2018 and it has been an excellent mower.I put it in to have a new set of blades fitted a couple of months ago, then it wouldn't mow properly, it was leaving a strip of longer grass behind so I took it back to have it fixed and the management and staff were very helpful and efficient in dealing with the problem, it took a few goes to get it right but with Junita the owner and the great mechanics help the problem was eventually rectified, I greatly appreciate their patients and efficiency in dealing with my problem. Big thankyou to you all, keep up the good work, from a very satisfied customer...

Sent my son there to buy some whipper snipper cord. He was mowing his poor old Nans lawn and ran out of cord.I told him to go to Wrights Chainsaws because it's a nice local business, surely if he purchased some cord they would put the cord on the whipper snipper for him?. They refused to do it.I have spent over to $5,000 at this store buying new Honda Whipper Snipper, Generator and other items.Not Happy!

What amazing service! Our Stihl blower stopped suddenly with seemingly no reason, is 3 years old. Used daily for our business. Took in expecting to have to replace within a few minutes was fixed and ready to go! Saved the day and our pockets from replacing the machine! Thank you so much! Great friendly service!
