One of my packages got delivered to the wrong house and the wonderful lady (Sue) reached out to me and messaged me on facebook ensuring I knew where the package was and that it would be sent out again with the driver heading towards my area. Lovely lady, EXTREMELY polite and made me feel very happy. Sue you are doing a wonderful job at making customers feel happy!

Some of my parcels were directed there at short notice when my local POP had to close suddenly. These guys stayed open past their closing time to allow me to get there. They were so very lovely to deal with. Honestly they are fantastic! If I could give them 100 stars I would.

I came in to pick up a parcel, the woman said they didn't have it and that a family member of mine might have already picked it up for me. Another family member of mine showed up at the post office 15 minutes later after me, and she got my parcel. The parcel was there the whole time, they just couldn't be bothered checking for me, and the woman was snarky to me. What a waste of my time.
