Four of us came in today were asked by a male staff, who looks 50’s with grey hair, to show id.3 of us, all age over 34, showing him the drivers license, a friend who only has his passport photo, age 27, was told not acceptable.The staff ends up refusing to sell us a 6 pack due to not showing him physical id, and told us it’s law because we looked like under 25 so he has the right to do so.Yes, it’s law, but he apparently has a very wrong judgement as we all are in the legal age to buy alcohol.The staff in BWS is way much better.

Great bottle shop,untold selection of wine and spirits.Great Gin selection.All the Imported and local craft beers are available with great specials,drop in to quench that thirst.

Whenever I've asked for recommendations, the staff have always recommend something based on their personal experience not on the cost. I find this reassuring and have never been disappointed. Friendly staff and fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.

Edit: called the manager to let him know and he was super nice and helpful, and apologised. Really appreciated :)Wish i could give zero stars.Service was terrible. Some guy pushed in front of me, and the staff member proceeded to serve them. I politely said 'sorry but I was first', as I was in a hurry.The staff member replied with 'bad luck' and continued serving the man who pushed in. I left the items i wanted on the counter and walked out. Im appauled that he actually said that to me.
