Always good

Great lake for swimming and boating. Reasonably clean water and very refreshing for a warm day. The two ship wrecks/carcasses in the middle are an added point of interest, as is the large flock of black swans that reside nearby.

We stopped for lunch. It was a lovely day and we sat out on the deck. The meal was very pleasant.

We called in here for a meal after a long drive back from country NSW.We were tired and hungry and looking forward to a nice meal.The lady who seated us was lovely and apologised that the eftpos machine was down(luckily we had cash)we then ordered our meals and waited,and waited and waited.Eventually our meals arrived and to say we were disappointed would be an understatement.The miso glazed fish was dry and over cooked and had such an overpowering taste.The rest of the meals including the kids were just as bad.It was so disappointing .It was also very cold in the dining room.Wish I had something nice to say but apart from the friendly waitress that would be about it!

Had to share my meal with flies.:(

Great spot for a picnic or lunch. There will be a splash park soon, so a great day out for families
