Bees Removal Perth

Came out when they said they would. Got rid of the bees. However their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There was a big push for them to be paid in cash. I was asked at least four times about cash in the half hour the technician was here. Was told they did not have an eftpos machine so I agreed to transfer the money with a receipt which was sent to a different business name. Three days later I am still waiting for my receipt. I also received an abrupt text message asking me why I had left a negative review which was left by someone else with a completely different name. As I was working I could not respond straight away so late in the evening I sent a response saying that the review was not from me and I still needed my receipt. I then called the main landline the following morning to find out why I was receiving all of these rude, abrupt messages and all I required now was my receipt. Was met with the same abrupt talk trying to blame me for responding to their questions at the time I did. As I was not expecting any response other than a receipt sent to me during their office hours I did not consider this a problem. STILL WAITING ON THE RECEIPT AS PROMISED BY THE TECHNICIAN. I will also never use Bees Removal Perth (who I originally called), Rats Pest Control (who returned my call) or Enviro Eco Safe Pest Control (who came out did the job and I paid).Edit to owners reply.I did not receive a receipt at at all on the day of the treatment. Also as I said in my original email I replied when I could not, he did not have to read or respond straight away. I did not ask for that only answered his questions. The review was written on Saturday after the phone call to your office. I had already waited 3 days for the receipt.

Had ridiculous quotes from $250 to & 300 to remove swarm.Found Apiarist Society on f/b,gentleman said the swarm would go in a few days & he was correct.

Can’t thank much as I had bad situation as the bees start coming from the ceiling lighting & air vents. I called Bee Removal Perth around 5:00 pm and they come around 6:30 pm to have a look and help us out. He did the whole inspection and then resolve the tense situation. Thanks
