We had a catastrophic failure of a pump on site.I called Steve Cutajar (who was out on the road) and explained the issue. He asked me to send the pump specs through and then wen about doing what he does. He could not source an pump in SA and their lead time was 3 – 5 days, however he contacted one of his sources and organised an equivalent pump, went and picked it up and dropped it off to me pretty much within a couple of hours. He also sourced a kit for the original pump as a backup option.This is absolutely first class service in my opinion, and really got me out of a jam.

Friendly staff but bearings cost twice as much Instore as opposed to online at Revolution Industrial which I was told by the sales staff is there website.

A great place for parts for all machines. Bearings, seals, belts you name it. Tools and lubricants and plenty of knowledge also.
