Purchased Window tinting and an Electronic Rust Module Unit with my brand new car in 2015. Early in 2023 I noticed some rust developing in a sill panel behind the rear driver side door. Contacted the warranty team approximately 2 months later about this issue as well as the tint had started to bubble on 2 of the windows. They fixed the tint but denied the rust warranty claim as the rust is well outside of the 30 day reporting period". I wont be using this product again and will be warning my friends and family about this company as these are 2 instances where their products don't work. Very disappointed."

Ginette from Torque Ford looked after my Interior protection and window tint and even went over and beyond and organised my personalised number plates… there was some complexities with the sequence of letters I wanted to use and it was rejected by the Trasport department however Ginette went in batting for me and got it all approved… she’s a legend and I highly recommend her services.Cheers Daryl

We had a warranty claim for a rear hatch window tint, it was replaced without question by friendly staff. They backup what they sell. A very satisfactory outcome from a company who respects their customers.
