Don't bother going here, I went to 1 of the 2 stores in Canelands, Mackay and was quoted a price from one of the stores, they couldn't fit me in, so advised me to try their other store. So I walked around there, told the lady what I wanted done and the price I had been quoted. She sat me down and went and got a different lady who would do my colour. They both then walked away, left me sitting there while they spoke at the counter. They came back and gave me a quote which was at least $70 dearer than the other Salon. I said aren't you the same company? They said yes they were, they wouldn't even call the other store, said that the lady at the other store obviously made a mistake! VERY POOR customerservice, they made me feel extremely uncomfortable!Will never walk into this salon again (the one across from Woolworths.)

Absolutely disgusting. It smelt like she went to the toilet and didn’t wash her hands. The smell was all over her fingers (or it could have been her breath breathing over me). I should have left straight away but I was in a rush and didn’t have much time to wait for another appointment elsewhere. But I still should have left. I should have picked up on the clues that there were no other customers getting their hair cut (hindsight 20-20 vision). It was totally dead and empty but silly old me. She was also very snappy at me when I said what I wanted. To my surprise the haircut was alright in the end. But I could’ve gotten better elsewhere where people are friendly and have at least a basic level or standard of hygiene. It was so sick the smell I could have vomited. Do not go. I shall never return.
