food took over 15 ninutes minutes order was incorrect. took another 15 minutes for them to correct food and coffee. coffee was meant so hot it burnt my mouth out. coffee was so burnt and bitter I couldn't drink it. food was still incorrect and didn't taste nice at all. feeling dissapointed and dissatisfied

I order from this restaurant often, more than weekly, at least 75% of the orders have a missing or incorrect item/s, of the 25% (if that) correct orders, the food is often cold or mangled. I can only recommend you order 2 of everything you want or prepare to go without at least one item you ordered. I’ve recently made multiple calls to the restaurant after issues however the managers could not seem to care less. Often telling me to put a complaint it through Uber or drive back to get the missing items. I recently had an experience where my Uber order arrived missing 3 items including both drinks?? I placed another order for these items calling the store to explain the situation, requesting the manager Jamie check that this order was correct before sending it. She assured me she would. 20 minutes later my next Uber arrives with 1 out of 3 items being completely wrong. I rung up again. Jaime was nothing but silent. This was only one of many disappointing encounters with this store. If 0 stars was an option I’d choose it.

Chips were cold, McFlurry half filled and when I mentioned they had forgotten my topping the staff member got upset. I also got given diet coke instead of normal coke. Not the 1st time we've had issues with this store

RAW BURGERI’m usually a fan of this maccas, but biting into this raw quarter pounder was a fairly bad experience. My friend’s burger was the same. Credit to the manager I did get a refund when I asked, but also felt sick most of the night so hard to recover from this one…

This has happened many times at McDonald’s North specifically, when I order food I want it fresh, i don’t mind if I have to wait longer and that’s what I asked for but I got giving the exact opposite. The chicken was absolutely disgusting, it was so hard and 100% not fresh at all! Not just that but the way the food is packed into the boxes and bags is ridiculous… the chips where just thrown into the bags all poured out into the bag, might as well had no chip cups and thrown all the chips in the back itself. And the burgers were all upside down in the boxes. There is absolutely no care for how the food is served at all. And I do not pay $120 worth of food to be giving to me especially stale and old food.

If I could do no stars I would. I came here after work to get dinner and I wanted a cup of pickles with my M&M ice cream (ik im quirky). I was told they can’t do it when I’ve literally done it there before it’s just pure laziness of the staff. Had to drive to Ludmilla where a beautiful king gave me a cup of pickles (fyi pregnant queens). #burgersarebetterathungryjacks

Poor staff must have been having the worst day. I’m quite sure the manager was swearing at me under her breath when I asked for a refund because the staff member serving me didn’t listen to my order. A smile from any of them would have been nice. Line was out the door and getting food was a sloowww process.

Very slow staff. No priority given to customer. Staff are eating ice cream without serving customer. Took more than 15 minutes to get a burger. Too many staff but don't know how to handle the order and run the cafe. Better give a proper training and educate staff about customer service and not eat while working.One of the manager is sitting behind the coffee machine and eating ice cream.Guys short this out.Very very very disappointed with service.People will not come here after get this kind of service.Thank you.

It's a nice place to dine. The atmosphere is too good but the staff was not good. All inexperienced staff maybe that's why the service was too slow.
