The Surf House Byron Bay
One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! Very clean, super central, the kitchen was big and tidy and the free yoga classes and surfers to borrow were lots of fun. The rooftop was so nice and we got a free drink for our stay. The hostel wasn't super sociable but everybody was very welcoming and the female dorm was the best decision.

Excellent location clean and tidy a cheap stay. Parking is only $10 a day extra considering it's in the middle of town a few minutes walk from the beach where you pay $5 per hour to park, excellent value!

Very clean and modern hostel. Very nice location. Staff realy friendly. They also have activities planned if you want to join. The welcome drink was nice and the rooftop bar is cool. Kitchen is very spacious and modern. It's a big hostel and you have to put a bit more effort to meet people. It's not veeery social. But still recomend 8/10

A really great hostel! The rooms are decent and the bathrooms are always clean. The best kitchen we've had on our travels so far, always super clean and they even have air fryers. The common areas are great and the free surfboard hire is a great bonus for those who want it. Amazing hostel!

Great hostel! The rooms were great and the kitchen is awesome! It has air fryers! They give you a free drink at the bar and the bar is super chill! There is pool, the music is good and it's really fun! The pizza is also pretty good! I did the brewery tour with them on Sunday and it was great!! Really suggest!

Shout out to Olivia who made our stay more enjoyable. She is extremely good at customer service (many places aren’t!). She allowed us to check in early since the rooms were ready and offered us some drinks vouchers.Big kitchen, this place is awesome! Would totally recommend + great location!Thanks Olivia!

Great hostel, friendly staff and clean rooms! They have a nice rooftop bar as well! It's a bit pricey for a hostel.

The Surf House Byron Bay
Great location and service. Rooms quite small and sand seems to be everywhere. The girls bathroom were over spilling because of plugged hair. Very young crowd booked in (im 29 and felt ancient). The bar and rooftop area was great and I enjoyed the yoga lesson.
