I am always denied acess to toilet by team memeber Vince. He always does that and have really bad attitude towards customers. He doesn't speak properly and literally insulted me. Also, I am expecting an action against him and need a response from you as i am expecting rhe same kind of behaviour from him again. I am a regular customer and never experienced such act.
