Like other reviews, didn't pick up on the day booked with no calls or messages etc saying they weren't going to be there. Picked up the following day with no problems. Good value in the end.

Absolutely terrible! We booked and paid for a pick up the day before our house gets packed up for an international move and these guys don’t collect our mattress. You cannot get hold of anybody and no correspondence from them about why our pick up did not take place!
