Easy and efficient phone installation. The technician Darren was very user friendly and helpful and took time to show all our reception staff how to use the new system. The company itself was easy to deal with and very good communicators. I ordered the phone on a Tuesday and it was installed and ready to go on the Friday.

Infiniti Telecommunications are excellent to deal with, straight talking knowledgeable staff who gave us the best option for our business where other providers were just pushing specific plans. Scott performed a professional installation even after discovering other accessories connected to the old telephone system that we wanted to retain. All in all we are very happy with Infiniti and highly recommend them if you are considering a new telephone system.

We couldn't recommend the entire team at infinity highly enough! Their pricing is great. Friendly and super helpful staff in the office and fantastic service and attention to detail from the on site technician Scott. We bought the system at a fraction of the price of the competitors. Infinity offered better options for the phone system than other companies. We couldn't believe the turn around time either. Within a day we had a quote, the next day we had a technician out to assess everything and the installation was organised within a week of confirmation from us, in the week leading up to Christmas no less. Thanks so much to all the team at infinity. We are loving the new phone system and headsets!!

Infiniti were great to deal with, very professional and prompt. A tech was sent out before a purchase decision was made to talk about the phone system and advise us on suitable technologies. Scott was a great installer, all of my staff are very happy with our new phone systems.

I just had a new phone system installed by Darren from Infiniti. Great job, even better advice and quite a nice chap too. The turnaround from quote to installation was very quick and they really helped my small business out of a jam as my old system broke down a week before xmas.

Fantastic Service!! ... we made contact with Infiniti Telecommunications last year around September and they quickly put some quotes together for our needs.. Excellent prices etc.. We decided to wait until the new year, and when the new year 2018, came around, well things changed.. our old Cisco system decided to fail, so we had no phone system at all... I quickly contacted Gareth from Infiniti Telecommunications, and what should and would normally take 2-3 weeks to assemble and setup a new system, Infiniti Telecommunications sent a Tech (Scott) down the following day with all the gear, as per our adjusted quote.. All the guys and girls at Infiniti Telecommunications were fantastic.. Scott was absolutely fantastic... Scott was fun and extremely knowledgeable, nothing was too hard, he had us up and running within around 6 hours with the new system... He made changes on the fly.. Again... nothing was too hard for him... What a great team... They were very prompt in supplying us with information and guides for our staff... I can highly recommend Infiniti Telecommunications without a doubt. Thank you Scott, Matt, Gareth, David and all the team at Infiniti Telecommunications.. A perfect job !!

Absolutely amazing service from Scott our technician today. I needed help yesterday after our phone system failed and Scott was onsite at 8.30am the next morning and sorted out the problem. He was transparent and explained everything he was doing. He listened to how we wanted the system to operate and obliged with every request. The level of customer service was the best I've seen for a long time. Great job and thanks for your assistance. I will definitely be using Infiniti again in the future for our telecommunication needs

Scott from infinity is a great lad that always comes into our office to rectify our issues/upgrades. Whilst at our office he is always up for a great chat and a laugh. Libby in sales is exceptionally great to deal with also. Great work guys would highly recommend.
