Bad experience. Limited amount of chicken grease on burger. Fries were very crunchy. Staff members were rude and i found it hard to accomodate my giga sized body at the seats.

Manager was extremely rude. I couldn't get any salt packets which I've never come across before and I asked for some in a paper bag and the manger complained about it.And complained about me to the staff while I was there. Very unprofessional over something so small.

Yep all young staff which is normal however , service was slow ( I think a dead person Could move faster ) then there was the music so loud I Gould hear myself think and very inappropriate music .

I work in the centre and EVERY time I go there on a Thursday evening, they either have no chicken pieces or they have scabby, tiny wing pieces. No, I don't want pigeon wings as part of a three piece feed. How about throwing in something extra? Nope. Can't get that either. Absolutely bloody useless.

My server was nice but the one who gave me my order wasn't. Was told that I could replace the potato and gravy with my order for chips by one person then told by another they wouldn't do it. I have always asked if they could and they do it but not this time She was very rude when I asked her so politely :'(

One of the ladies was extremely rude. The food was presented on a tray and I asked for it to be takeaway. The staff pulled out a bag and dumped my food heavily into the bag then threw it back at the counter table before turning away to chat with other staff. If you think this is acceptable customer service then you are really not suitable for this job.

Lovely staff especially Rhys, loved the food meat was nice and tender. Chips were perfectly cooked to perfection. Best KFC Trip Ever!!!
