Drove into trade section and walked all three isle looking for a particular timber. Asked two employees they didn’t know and avoided helping us. After the second lap off the shop we found the timber ourselves and had to get one off the 4 employees that were leaning against the forklift to help unload it. No assistance was offered over the hour long struggle.Went inside to get some fasteners and a lady inside told us to look on the back wall. Couldn’t walk us to the area. After second trip to her for another part she pointed in a different area and then walked away with from us on her phone.

Should be called Mitre 5, they only do half the job. Been waiting two and a half weeks for them to deliver a kitchen, causing problems for installer, plumber and electrician. Have chased it up 5 times, very poor service, no one seems to know what's going on in Pambula.

As always, great staff, friendly and very helpful. Good prices - although to get the humdingers you need to spend some time and energy looking at pricetags and product specs. But this arvo I found my humdinger!! I usually do.

The staff I talk to are lovely and help the best they can, however finding someone that knows about the products being sold or finding a product in stock is an issue here. I understand they can order something in, I can order online as well. I'm in the store for customer service, not just lower prices
