Ordered turf to be picked up Friday morning, still waiting at midday for the promised call. Staff were rude and indifferent to the inconvenience, saying, “we don’t control when it gets here” and “you’ve still got time to lay it this afternoon”, assuming my day is free for them. They had a Facebook post showing a photo of the turf delivered the day before. I had to cancel afternoon engagements to ensure turf was laid. When I went to pick it up, it was on a normal size pallet despite requesting a small pallet for the back of a Ute. Requested delivery instead, to the reply of, “we’re not delivering that, you can unpack into your tray by hand if you like”. They’ll never see another cent from, regret the thousands I’ve spent already on other projects.

We got some great service here and the display of products was really good. We borrowed a trailer to get our stones home and it was super easy.

Today I went to nuway thornlands!!I have been there many times and the customer service has been outstanding!UNFORTUNATELY today I waited my turn to shovel just TWO" bags of much!!I was going to pay to have this done but no-one was available as I was filling the second bag the driver of a HUGE BULLDOZER drove into the bay where I was standing and RUDELY AND CONDESCENDLY yelled at me to get out of the way and preceded to fill up the BUCKET of the bulldozer in arms length of where I was standing.Lynn"

Product was almost $120/m2. Listed that it contains sand, organic matter and fertilizer. Sadly it had large chunks of clay and rocks. I expected a first class product but I'll try another supplier next time.

Excellent customer service from Reece who helped me load pavers into my car at the Redlands store. Very keen price. I saved $80 on my small paving job by coming here rather than going to the big hardware chain.

Wow this place gives the best customer service!!!! The girl in the office is always so helpful and the boys in the yard are so helpful with my medical concerns. The managers are so amazing and are always willing to help. I could not recommend this place any more! I am never going to Bunnings again!

Picked up our 54 squares of turf today. Service was quick and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be telling our friends to shop here.
