Called 3 times, they never answered. Went there once before hand, pretty bad customer service.

Bad flowers overpriced and the service to go with it was just as bad. I’ll never be back here.

Great flowers at a terrific price. I was greeted by a lovely young man with great customer service and he even helped me bring the flowers to my car. Great business and personally my favourite in the area by a mile.

Very poor customer service. The lady was rude and cold. Due to COVID-19 we weren't allowed to step inside the shop, and the lady was not in the mood to entertain. Not even once we felt comfortable while talking to her. Although we were paying a huge amount, still she made us feel as if she was doing a favour to us, and treated us with extreme disrespect. Because I had no choice as I was short of time, I had to place the order. So I did. On my way home, I read the reviews and was scared as the people had not been happy with the flowers. However to my surprise the flowers I received the next day were beautiful, so added 2 more stars but many flowers in the arrangements were dry and stale.Anyway if I have another choice, I will never go to this shop again, as no one likes to be disrespected as a customer.

I walked in late in the day. None of the flowers were fresh. All were brown and droopy. (Fine from far away but really poor quality as reviewed by others) I saw an interesting bunch in the corner and looked closer. Black Roses!" The guy behind the counter said. I huffed. He doubled down.. "Very rare! It's amazing what they come out with now!" I left

The flowers are great but they had one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! The lady working there was so rude and patronising. They had the roses bouquet at two different price points and i asked her what the difference was and she looked me in they eye and simply said i pay more so you pay more"."

The flowers looked great. If it was brought on time as they said, it would have been the full stars. Morning delivery became late afternoon delivery. Thus, my plans were bit ruined. However, the bouquet looked good. Well done.I won’t use them if it is for timely reasons.If it was for congratulating people, or for non-family events, I will definitely use them.Keep up the good work!

Disappointed and disgusted from the customer service, It was labeled 100$ when I took it to the front desk they said oh the price is 120$ it was mistakenly labeled for 100$. So greedy and awful experience with them. Never do it again.
