Rooms are modern and well equipped. Minibar prices very reasonable. Pool area looked amazing with a gas bbq. Check in friendly and helpful. Loved it. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Impressive little operation, from the friendly welcoming Vicki on the front desk (think she sleeps there as was there every time I went past) to the pleasant room. Reasonable sized room, well appointed and clean. Surprisingly good mini bar with good prices. Location is handy to down town and roads in and out. Had a good nights sleep. Would go back if I was in the area again.

I am a regular visitor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Lighting and temperature pretty good. It's a short walk to the shops.

Dave your the best, Vicki your awesome.Thanks for accommodating us, you are the only motel in Shepparton that I will go to!Your rooms are very clean, very fast WiFi (50Mbps - don't believe me try it for yourself)Your breakfast service is to die for, yes my eyes bigger than my belly!Great pool too! Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff, the room is clean and comfy with two armchairs n stools. Shower water pressure is great and stable temperature. There are two things to improve though: there’s no small kitchenette for making coffee/teas, have to do it on desk under TV or bathroom, and no dishwashing liquid or cleaning tools. Bathroom light will be on with 3-5 seconds delay. Otherwise everything is good here.
