Complete waste of time effort and money to rent a rack here not to mention absolutely no theft protection at all.Staff seem inconvenienced to be there, offer little to no help and don't look after your items or display past the minimum effort.They had run out of hangers so half my items had to be folded and placed next to the shoes.I didn't even make back the cost of the rack for 2 weeks dispute having nearly a full large rack 100 items most below $20.When it came to clear my rack no one asked for ID and after packing up my rack I just walked out. I could have taken anyone's stuff, or just cleared a rack that wasn't mine. No checks as to who or if the items were mine.Won't be back would prefer to sell on depop or ebay or next time just donate.

This is a really great find. Most of the prices are completely appropriate. Quality and range of sizes was high. We all found some bargains and lovely collectible items. 100% recommend a visit with the whole family.

I shopped here during my visit to Adelaide. I love the sustainable fashion accept and there was such a great selection of clothes. Staff was super friendly and helpful.I spoke with some of the sellers who were replenishing their racks and seemed like they’ve made lot of money selling here. I would definitely rent a rack if I lived closer! Such a great concept!

I always find something to purchase but a timer on the changerooms is needed. Way too long waiting!! Staff could be a little more interactive ie monitoring queues & helping put clothes back on racks. I know it's a tight squeeze in there on busy days but customers want to spend $$ not wait.

Not a bad place to sell your old clothes and I did make an a great profit of about $700+, however, the 10% commission is a bit much especially considering the service in there as a customer is horrible?Not really sure what they’re charging the 10% commission for when you get no assistance whilst shopping and staff do the bare minimum. Multiple times when I went to refill my rack, clothing had obviously been tried on but just shoved back on the hanger and then not even fixed by staff before putting it back on my rack. Zippers unzipped, clothes folded over the bottom of the hanger. Some of it had even been hung up over the rack covering my other clothes which was very disappointing - see in the photosThe staff also don’t offer any help to the customers either, they just stand behind the counter all day. Multiple times when I went in I didn't even get greeted let alone be offered any assistance, just getting told to grab hangers as I need them. There is one older woman who is lovely and very helpful but all the young girls are terrible.The risk of your items being stolen is also very large. I tested to see if the security tags worked one day walking out with a closed one in my bag and nothing happened. I went back in and told the girl working and she bumbled around until realising the security gates weren’t even turned on and then laughed about it? Would hate to know how many garments had been stolen here because of this.I've since had a stall at Monday Market in Norwood and the service is much better from the staff and my rack has been maintained much better than when I had one here. Also made more here in profit without the 10% commission.

Not impressed. Two dresses of mine (only booked for one week) were stolen by customers and management refused to do anything it. Was very disappointing.

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING HIRING A RACK, DON'T!I am highly disappointed in the time that I had on my rack. I spent $300 for 2 weeks and DID NOT make one single dollar of my money back. I have been told that it would be worth my money, but it definitely was not.Along with this, I lost over $100 worth of clothes, hats, and shoes whilst hiring the rack. I am aware that I did sign to acknowledge that items may go missing, but I did not think it would be so much. In all honesty, your staff did not care that I would walk in and out with my clothes, they didn't even check that I was the person hiring the rack.I had to call several times over the weeks to check things and the people on the phone did not want anything to do with it. I called to put up a discount sign and it was not done straight away and was done on my final day when I called several days in advance.Unfortunately, this whole experience was highly unprofessional and I will definitely not recommend my friends and family to shop and/or sell their clothes within ANY of your stores.

Biggest issue - changing room wait times! By no exaggeration, I spent 35mins waiting on a changing room (and there were 4 others behind me). No limits on clothing being taken in for try ons, and only 3 rooms total. Two teenagers took about 15 items each in with them, and could be heard talking on the phone. They were in there from when i lined up, to when i exited. There were also cue jumpers, and staff couldn't give a flying ****. This NEEDS to be addressed.Now, I've been here a few times - stock is a bit hit and miss, but that's to be expected from a second hand store. Some are better quality than others.
