Shaver Shop Macquarie

Went in today looking for a head shaver. Sales staff were friendly and greeted promptly.Staff were knowledgeable about the product and able to answer questions I had and assisted with additional cleaning products.

I bought a Phillips electric shaver on the weekend.The young man who served me was very polite and extremely knowledgeable about the range of shavers.This is so rare these days. You don't get such service in department stores or online. A pleasure to deal with.

Very disappointed, although I bought an expensive Clipper, in 2 months the machine stops working with no reason And the shop asking for another payment for faulty machine! Expected help from staff.

My girlfriend and I went in yesterday to get a new electric toothbrush and were bamboozled by the large range. Thankfully, the lady who came to aid us was really helpful and explained the pros and cons of each one my girlfriend was interested in plus gave some instructions on the one she selected. As we were about to go, I asked if she had any replacement trimmers for my brand of shaver and she was able to provide a spare for me on the spot. Cannot complain about our experience whatsoever!

Such love and helpful staff. We really put the girls to the test with my indecisive boyfriend needing a new shaver. The staff were so knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend if you don't know what you want. They also have a great range of women's products like hair curlers and face cleansers.

These guys are great. Went in to exchange the wrong razor blades bought another store. Sammy D and James B were very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Left spending way more than we wanted, but service wins in the end.

Went in store to purchase top of range Braun shaver. Told staff I had a $10 off coupon from registering on their mailing list. Staff refused to honour the coupon in-store. Maybe if your website worked I could have placed the order online. If you don't want my $460 I'll go to someone who does.

My boyfriend and I visited the Shaver Shop at Macquarie Centre, following a pathetic experience at the Castle Hill store. I purchased a shaver for my boyfriend as a gift, and the unit ended up being faulty.A female staff member at the Castle Hill store would not allow me to get a refund or exchange, even though we offered video evidence of the unit malfunctioning. Having decided enough was enough, we decided to visit the store at Macquarie Centre, where we were greeted by two friendly staff members, who were attentive and quickly offered us a solution in the form of a refund. We were so impressed by their service, we purchased a different product from their store.If you are looking for friendly, effective service, I would definitely recommend the Shaver Shop at Macquarie Centre!

Brilliant customer service, was served by a nice gentleman called James. He spent 20 minutes talking to us about the various options available and was able to answer all of our questions. Although we didn't end up buying anything from the store, we still appreciated his great advice and customer service.
