I would like to say a big thank you to Dan & all the team at Precision Pools . We were unsure of how to design a pool for our limited access backyard but Dan was very quick to offer us different ways to achieve our dream . The whole process was very smooth & with an open communication line through Erynne in their office it put any worries to rest . The price was within our budget however we did hit some rock which slowed the excavation down & in turn some increased costs which could not be helped . We were given copies of the invoices for the excavation which also makes it transparent, so we understood it would be our cost . All in all we found Dan & the team to be very approachable & helpful throughout the process . Thanks for our beautiful pool guys , we wish you the very best for the future … Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!

Most unreliable, uncommunicative bunch I have ever dealt with. Do not take responsibility for any of their work, and don't bother to even have a look if you raise an issue. Finnish of pool is not even on the pebblecrete. I should have paid more attention to their reviews. I'm certain I would have had a lot less stress. Salesman is a very smooth talker. Zero after service provided....

We decided to build a pool and after meeting with a few companies, we met Graham. The Precision Pools sales man. He was an older gentleman, former cop, or so he says. We decided to go ahead with Precision Pools, or better known as Philkrisdan Pty Ltd.Once building had started, there was some initial communication issues, relating to a cashey job Daniel, one of the Directors organised with usWe then received an unexpected tax invoice for approx 7k ontop of the contract price. Things weren't adding up, so we did some investigative work into the company.We ended up having grounds to terminate the contract and we finished the pool with our own trades.The whole company is a joke. DO NOT USE THEM!

We chose Precision because they gave a resonable quote and explained what was possible clearly.

Dan was great throughout the full process. Choosing the shape size and colours.From design to completion/hand over, all went very smooth.Would definitely use Dan and the team next time we need a custom pool installed.

We decided to renovate our home and decided to get a pool. We choose precision Pools as they were a family company.What a nightmare the pool took almost 8 months to build it was the worst decision we made. They turn our dreams into a nightmare Precision Pools were the worst experience we ever had. We saw our project manager twice throughout the pool build, poor workmanship, threaten by their trades at one stage we had to call the police. They even did their own electrical work and we have to get work safe qld involved. There own trades speak badly of them even. We would not recommend this precision Pools. Stay away from Precision Pools they tell you want you want to hear once you sign a contact you can't get out. We regret not reading reviews from other people when there a problem they don’t talk the client.

Exceptional quality! Precision were responsive and always followed through with their word. We are very happy with the end result and would recommend them to family and friends.
