We worked with Nicholas Cole from Mont and he was absolutely professional, highly responsive and absolutely accommodating. He converted a challenging period of seeking a property to a day of inspections, viewing of supportive documents, negotiation and ultimately resolution. We recently sold a property with Mont. Prior to listing we obtained several appraisals and whilst Mont was one of the more expensive regarding marketing and fees we were impressed with the agent and signed up. However unlike every other appraisal we received that clearly articulated regular home opens in their plan, Mont did not. This ended up being a significant oversight on our part, with our agent only opening the home to the general public on 4 occasions over 2 months, for no more than 2.5hrs in total. His approach was to only conduct a home open if he received direct emails or calls during the week. This was not what we expected and we were very disappointed as we have purchased numerous properties without ever making an enquiry prior to the home open. The agent seemed convinced that a potential buyer who attended the first home open was our buyer and appeared to pursue that lead at the expense of doing home opens to attract others. We ended up selling the home at what we feel was a low price but we just wanted out of the entire process. Whilst the agent was engaged to represent us as the sellers, on several occasions it felt that he had the buyer’s interests as his priority. Our advice would be to clearly understand what the agent will do to market your property (and get it in writing) before signing up. He reduced our fees to get the sale over the line but even so, it was still a very expensive process for the service we received.

10/10 Enquired a house on a Sunday night - Matthew replied straight away which made us feel very good. Asked about another house then Chris stepped in. He made the process extremely easy for us. It was transparent as well. Chris gave us personal touch during his professional services which brought our experience to the next level. Highly recommend
