Never again Ranbuild Hervey Bay. 3 bay roller door shed. It was important to us that our shed was completed before Xmas,so when Jeff said it was do-able in our time frame pending council, we went with him. Deposit paid 16/9/20. Council town planning approved 17/9/20. Manufacturer payment 19/10/20. Slab poured 14/11/20. Prior to kit delivery paid 29/11/20. Shed completed 17/2/21. No weather events and council approval 1 day! Extremely misleading and very poor communication. We experienced some staff hostile and even abusive. We will never recommend Ranbuild Hervey Bay.

One older guy needs to be more polite to customers and staff and not be rude and interrupt and yell out comments when not asked to by his employee.
