Several times I've had drivers claim the parcel was undeliverable" when I was actually at home. You don't pay for much of a service here when you have to pick the package up half an hour away from home. It's a very poor service."

ordered a gym bench from sydney to arrive on 10/01/2019 still waiting .called toll 5 times ,told the investigator will call me .just as bad as their delivery service.still waiting .very disappointed a month later and still no result.
