Our Washtech Passthrough Dishwasher died in the middle of a very busy service last night around 8pm. We usually use a different commercial dishwasher repair company but were not too impressed with their last callout, so decided to google and see whether there are other dishwasher repair companies around and found Dishcare.Due to the horror thoughts of hand washing hundreds of dishes and cutlery for the lunch service the next day, we decided to call Dishcare at 8.30pm thinking that it would be a miracle that someone will pick up the phone and actually will attend to fix our dishwasher first thing in the morning.Not only did Jonas picked up the phone but he said he could come when we open our restaurant early in the morning.Jonas arrived at the arranged time and fixed our dishwasher within the hour. He was friendly and professional and actually talked through with our staff what he thought was wrong with the machine and exactly what he was going to repair and which parts he's going to replace. Other company's technicians will just actually do the job ​and not tell you what's wrong with the machine and then charge you for the privilege of keeping you in the dark.Once the job's done, an invoice was emailed to us detailing the full details of what were done and a recommendation as to what we can do to avoid the same problems with the dishwasher in the future. Their rates are definitely competitive and you even get a 10% discount if you use them for the first time.Definitely will recommend Dishcare to our peers in the industry. Very impressed with their service and care!
