I have battled with severe IBS since I was an early teenager, been on numerous elimination diets and was reliant on medication to manage my symptoms- though found no relief.When my Doctor suggested I try the Happy Inside app I was honestly sceptical it would make any difference, but I committed to listening to it everyday and it made a HUGE difference!
