Went this afternoon as my phone wasn’t charging due to water and dust inside charging port. Was expecting a big bill. Mary took it out back and in 3 minutes flat came out and told me it was fixed and that I owed her nothing.Absolutely stoked with this place and highly recommend to anyone. Thanks so much Mary

All I can say is wowww!!! Best experience of my life, Mary is so kind she cleaned out my dusty laptop for free. She’s always up for a chat and provides amazing customer service. Every time I come in she puts my phone on charge for me while I wait, which isn’t long at all as service is incredibly fast.

I unfortunately have to take my phones/computers for repair too many times - I obviously have 2 children! But I so luckily found Mary from Boxo - she is an absolute gem!!!! Her service is amazing, such a genuine person to deal with. I can not recommend her highly enough. I wish I could give her more stars than 5

Mary is the REAL DEAL! I looked up a local iphone repair shop and came across BOXO with nothing but amazing things to say about this Mary woman. I thought maybe this is too good to be true but looking in depth at the reviews I decided to give BOXO a go and now without a doubt I am highly recommending Mary to anyone needing to fix their device without the runaround or upsell pitch. My iPhone 11 screen was unresponsive. I drive past everyday on my way to work and see their sign so I stopped at Boxo on my way home, staff where friendly and very experienced they knew the problem and explained it to me straight away. They replaced the screen on the spot for a great price and I was on my way.Prices where clearly displayed and guaranteed.Very happy!
