I have used Hooper & Co for a number of years and I can't speak highly enough of them.Jonathan is very patient, highly customer focused and has a gift to explain complex issues in very simple terms.Jonathan has always gone above and beyond in helping me with my tax return.I have recommended Jonathan to a number of friends and colleagues and I would recommend him to any one that needs assistance with their tax return or any other type of accountancy related work.

After leaving multiple messages for Jonathan to get back to me he never did when the matter was urgent. Jonathan shows little care for his clients and lacks the communication skills needed in his profession. Best to avoid him and use another accountant who actually has pride in their work and cares about their clients.

Wow! What can i say except THANK YOU! After getting my tax done elsewhere since purchase of my investment in 2013, i was happy until my accountant left the firm. The replacement i felt lacked experience and knowledge of my situation and i feared my return wasn't done correctly. This year i did some scouring and seeking for a new firm, Jonathan was recommended through a family member for less than what i was currently paying. I was sent and email requesting everything i needed to provide, we went through it all at the appointment and i received a return from this year and the prior which i was advised wasn't done properly. John has a wealth of knowledge, takes the time to understand everything and tries to gain you the best outcome. So happy i went with Hooper & Co!
