Cheap prices, great service and friendly staff. In order to make an appointment over the phone, a $100 deposit needed to be made, also over the phone. The reasoning for this was that some people don't turn up for their appointment, but this might put some people off using O'Brien Auto Glass. This is also the reasoning behind my rating of 4/5 instead of 5/5 stars.

I had my windscreen replaced under my car insurance free windscreen replacement, got a quote for wiper blade replacement also, was not told they don't accept cash until it was time to pay. I feel this is just ridiculous, I work in an industry that is predominately dealing with cash and use cash to pay for many things. I won't be using O'Brians again or recommending them to anyone for this reason alone. (Staff and quality of work is no issue)

Took my car in after my son broke the rear view mirror off. The nicest gentleman glued it back on for me at no charge. Wonderful manners and service. Will defiantly be getting windscreen replacements and repairs done there in the future.

Had my windscreen replaced a couple months ago, and the didn’t bother cleaning the inside of it so when I’m facing the suns direction, I can barely see out my windscreen. This should be a must do and should not expect that the customer will just “do it”.

I have have had the best experience with this branch and especially Sally at the front desk going above and beyond to ensure I am looked after not only with my windscreen replacement, but with assisting me going between Toyota and O’briens for some warranty/repair work issues I had on my car. Assisting me with far more than the scope of the business. A big thank you will definitely be sure to use again.
