Very foreward thinking business, great for disabled etc.

WAS always a good petrol station, not sure anymore, security issues mean doors cannot remain open at night times.fair enough. severely understaffed,to the point staff are physically and emotionally drained. More so it has been noticed in the last couple of months. When you see problems with the wildlife in the area who go out of their way to disrupt not only staff but other customers. Safety first even if it means service through a window. I know this as I have been on the receiving end of one bloke who threatened me while I was waiting for someone to come out to my car. From the shop Most normal people are asleep in bed at 2 am anyway, it is also normal for some food items to not be available in the middle of the night as it is the best time to clean machinery. I will continue to update this review as needed.

Very scary place to go to at night, security is non existant, locals hanging around. Not allowed in the shop to pay, or get any refreshments, doors locked, having to deal with staff from a pokey little window in an extremely dark corner, lighting poor. Think ill deal with Playfords OTR in future.

Good customer service from most staff at both locations in Whyalla and have had similar experiences at other locations in the stateStores always appear clean and offer an extensive variety of goods which is handyThe drive through service At McRitchie Cres. is a bonus when your unable to get out of your vehicle for various reasonsLastly,it is great to see a company started here in South Australia having done so well and still remain with its headquarters in South Australia

Usually friendly, except the one who is always gad bagging and you have to wait to get served

It's not a bad place where you can purchase petrol, drop in for a coffee or a bite to eat,also sells cross lotto and scratches, Krispy Kreme doughnuts also cold drinks hot food,a redi teller, magazines and more

Always served in a timely manner even when rushed off their feet.Always polite and great range of drinks, snacks and much more.Store has always been clean and tidy.They also have drive through which makes life a little easier especially if you have little ones in the car for example.

Great coffee, pity it is located in the whyalla getto. Be careful and lock your car when you go inside. The servo has been robbed numerous times by ice addicts.

It really depends on who serves you in this place. A few good team members here but some are outright rude and ignorant. After shopping here around 10 time's now and had 7 bad service issues. Will avoid this store in future.
