Brian - is absolutely amazing teacher. His new gig here at Roseville is pretty cool and coming up so well! Guitar was always a tough one to learn for me and I gave up almost instantly by not knowing where to start or ‘even thought this one is not for me’.. In just first few classes- Brian made it very easy and I m able to build the confidence and develop strong foundation. Thanks Brain - Keep up the good work.

Our piano instructor is very sweet and understanding our boys learning how to play an instrument. Well organised. Parking at the back makes it easy.

I’ve really enjoyed my time and lessons here. My teacher, Estelle, took the time to get to know and understand exactly what I was after with my voice. I had questions that no YouTube video could answer and she was on top of it all. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend.

We have just started at Stormer Music Roseville and I have to say I am so glad we chose Brian and the Stormer Roseville team. The sign up process really sought to understand what we wanted from the lessons and what kind of teacher would suit our son. The result is that our son is now keen to get to class each week and he is practising every day - off his own bat! Thank you Brian, Matthew - so happy that we’ve found a great local music school to help kickstart this interest. Here’s to a more musical and screen free life!

Brian does a great job at making learning the guitar simple and enjoyable. His lessons are always fun and filled with humour (and of course you still learn plenty of musical concepts too) but most importantly he really cares for his students and wants the best for them both musically and in life!

Brian had been teaching me fingerstyle guitar for the past 2 and a bit years. He's an excellent teacher. He started teaching my daughter and myself and it stuck for me. He was amazing with my daughter, but guitar wasn't for her at that time. Instead he's taken me from guitar zero to performing a concert and being comfortable and confident on the fretboard. He has an excellent teaching style that covers the fundamental aspects of playing but also the psychology of practice and playing. Brian has become a mentor and friend. I can't recommend him enough for adults or children who want to learn or refine their guitar skills. He has helped bring maestros out of his students, young and old! Thanks, Brian!

Stormer Music Roseville, a music school with excellent teachers who do an amazing job making learning fun and help its students develop a passion for music and realise their potential. Not only that, they also teach students how to reframe their mindset around practicing/playing and help students take the pressure that they sometimes place upon themselves and the need to “play perfectly”.What a great pleasure it has been learning acoustic fingerstyle with these guys for the past 3 years.Can’t wait to see what the future holds for Stormer Music Roseville!

So thankful I found this gem of a music school in Roseville! It's not like your usual AMEB/exam focused music school - the teachers here actually want to help you develop a passion and interest for music.

Brian is a talented musician and a passionate educator who has greatly helped me elevate my guitar technique and theory knowledge way beyond what I previously thought was possible for me. Brian genuinely cares about his students and their goals, and his friendly approach eliminates any stress that might come with playing a new instrument or tackling a new style. I specifically saw Brian to learn fingerstyle guitar playing (think of the greats like Andy McKee, Don Ross, Tommy Emmanuel, etc.) and now I am able to play songs that used to be intimidating/seem impossible. There aren't many Brians out there like the one at Stormer Music Roseville; I will highly recommend this business to anyone regardless of age or skill.
