First Choice Solar was awesome! Matt was more than happy to explain everything in detail, and offer multiple quotes for various spec'd systems for me to compare, nothing was too much trouble. He and his team were all polite, punctual and went out of their way to make sure I was 100% satisfied, with both the system and the install. They also organised the approvals, connection etc for me so the whole process was easy. I honestly couldn't be happier and would not hesitate to recommend First Choice Solar to anybody looking for a quality system.

My child has a life threatening condition we decided to have solar installed to help support his care. First choice installed the solar. Unfortunately as the home owner I was not communicated with, finding out only the day before it was being installed. I was unprepared and unorganised. I felt anxious during the process . Communication was poor, some minor damage occurred and a terrible mess was left for me to clean. Disappointing a co owner was the installer, he delivered a disingenuous apology. The solar install might be okay but the experience terrible.

I have consulted a little over 11 different companies in QLD-GC, including dodgy (Sunboost, SunSolar, Araise) and non-dodgy (Yuma, Solahart, SAE, GEM, Essentials Energy etc.) ones. First Choice raised among all, offering good quality products, fair price without excuses and good quality information about their service and reputation. Importantly, a couple of days later, they booked my installation as promised. Everything was smooth, I'm really pleased I had them. Oh no contractors, only their own staff. Solarquotes suggested First Choice, thanks! I wish other companies would be like First Choice. Seems, simple and it is, but other companies make everything complicated so they overcharge you! Do not be fooled by other companies, do your homework and definitely ask First Choice for a quote, they know what they are doing.Many thanks, First Choice!

Awesome service from all the team at First Choice. Had a solar panel and battery system put in several months ago and it has been fantastic, no more power bills. Because of their great service, when it was necessary to change our hot water system, I got them to install a heat pump. Once again, they went out of their way to install it extremely quickly, very grateful for that. So, thanks heaps for everything First Choice Solar team. Can't recommend their prices, service and quality of work high enough. Cheers

Incredibly happy with the service from start to finish! Matt was friendly, helpful and listened to what I wanted. The installers were on time and very tidy. After have the system for 3 months, I am receiving results as described from our initial meeting. I took a long time to decide on which company to use, and I’m so glad I went with these guys!

Having researched panels and inverters. I had some basic expectations on the inverter & panels. I chose First Choice Solar after many quotes. Worthy of 5 stars, the people there went above and beyond my expectations. Based on first contact, product info, detailed quote, reputation, recommendations. The installation was seamless, a great team of installers who did a fantastic job. Totally satisfied with this company and would happily recommend to anyone wanting a quality solar system installed to their home.

Very professional, good installation, good material and reasonable price. They do take care of customer communication and follow up diligently during the whole process. Really happy with the service overall.

First Choice Solar were highly recommended by a friend, we also obtained 2 other quotes. First Choice were the equal cheapest of the 3 with (almost identical or slightly better) product but without any ongoing charges as sold by others for maintenance as well as (same or better) warranty periods. It was also great to see what we were being quoted on, in their West Burleigh showroom. Peter provided really good service and explanation of the system (always replied to messages or returned calls on the same day, even after completion) and were very flexible to our timing and positioning of the install. If you are having your roof repainted then get the solar brackets installed before painting. The install was neat and tidy - very pleased. All the crew have been easy to deal with, very knowledgeable in their field and trustworthy. We highly recommend Peter and the team and are so glad we chose them. The phone/computer app for monitoring of our solar energy provides information to maximise your savings by seeing (what and when) you consumed, generated or sent back electricity to the grid. We chose the 10.3 Kw system with 8 Kw inverter. Based on current savings we believe our system will be paid for with electricity savings within 3 years !We are very happy with our install from this local family run business.
