Richmond store says online open to 2pm but only to find store closed when got there at 12.30pm today. Where's the Promise? :(

Absolutely disgusting service and as Tradelink have no interest in a potential larger sale for a whole house full of plumbing needs, due to the request to return or exchange a product that is not suitable, i know where we will go in the future and it is definitey not TRadelink
