Happened a week or so ago now in the daytime. I was about to buy a couple of energy drinks and approached the counter. I was within 1m of counter and console operater couldn't even manage a hello or any sort of greeting so I just put my drinks back and left and muttered you have no idea about customer service mate. He bit back saying are you talking to me and said hell yes. His name could have been Sunil but not 100% sure. Don't put people on the front line if they have the personality of a door knob.

Friendly staff and good coffee. They even kindly put my fuel cap aside when I left it behind on one occasion! I recommend this store.

Not good! Pump number 4 defective. Keeps clicking and shutting off the petrol flow when trying to fill my tank. I pointed this out to staff months ago. Still the same. I live locally and go there often but at times am unable in avliding this troublesome pump. Wrote an e mail to Heas Office. No reply. No one obviously wants to know about it. Hell! It might cost a few dollars to fix it up. Though they make millions from customers. They now have lost my regular patronage.
