I would give a zero star if I could. I was enrolled Feb last year to do my Diploma of Early Childhood and have studied here until April this year. I have fallen pregnant while studying fast forward they were very dismissive and unhelpful to the point of discrimination. I was coerced to withdrawing my course and was given zero option regardless my inability due to my pregnancy and it’s complication. I wasn’t able to do it under Free TAFE as I have used it prior. I have spent all my savings for the course and all the time just to get nothing at the end of it but a severe financial hardship and inability to provide for my son. And until today my emotional state is still affected and my ability to provide for my son.. It has destroyed not only my life but my family’s. I would never recommend unless you’re looking to deteriorate yourself and come out of it with a loss rather than educated and qualified. Please think twice that your action could severely impact someone’s life and wellbeing..

*Accounting - 6 month Cert IV / 6 month Diploma*I really recommend studying Accounting at Victoria Polytechnic. There's two campuses - Footscray Nicholson or Werribee. My teachers were knowledgeable, dedicated to us, and super willing to help, I am so grateful to them.Another feature that helped me was choosing a mixture of day and night classes. My diploma spanned from July to November, but I also chose two units that started in September and finish by January - this was a great option that helped to spread the full-time workload. One thing I recommend to any students is to be disciplined with your class attendance.Your experience is so much better when you're ahead in your studies.

This place is bad every year. The learning system with all the content has broken links, hard to find stuff, timetable classes online kept changing every time during covid in 2020 when I was studying. Assignments are vague. At least now you can enrol online rather than on campus in 2016 with those slow computers they had. Need signs inside the buildings to know where things are. The campus and online need a lot of work done.

Just an impersonal business , not an education .Putting money first in everything.Student studying first semester here ,this company adjust the tutor fee upon the course started and notified through their suck system which made student confuse. Also explained to the staff that their statement fell into junk box but finally they insist to debit AUD155 late payment fee with unreasonable reasons. Furthermore , it says smoke free area but many students smoke within school area ,no one cares

I already studied for 1 year in EAL level II and passed all my assessments. I’ve been on time in a classroom and just had 3 to 5 sessions absent.i really expected to be passed and go to level III but at the end of term I was told that I am not eligible to go to next level and I had to study 1 more year to can pass the level II. I asked my teachers if I have passed all the assessments and all the conditions for to be passed and go to next level and my teachers answered me yes but you can not go for next level because no one has passed this level from our class,so you can not go to the next level too as everyone should study level II for 2 years not just 2 year.i am not happy as they have wasted 1 year of my life and they ruined all my plans for future and next year. They just played with our life so I don’t recommend studying in vic uni to everyone.kind regards: MILAD ZAHABI

An awesome space to study for assements. Lots of space, heaps of computers if you need them, mostly quiet and super helpful librarians.

Stay away from Health and Community Services if you don't want to be traumatised. Teachers come and go. The manager seems to have a vendetta against the staff. VU well kept secret 'bullying and toxic culture'. Online systems don't work for students and no one cares.

All is quiet on the Nicholson campus with limited return. There’s little vibe at present. The cafe is friendly and offers a good fare, reasonably priced.

I did my year 11 here. Honestly this school was okay however there were 2 incidents that happened.1. I was put in a class where the teacher was really sleazy towards me. He would touch my shoulders and everything. To their credit he got removed.2. I found that there was bullying from the international students. They descriminated against me for being an australian and would call me lewd names. It made me very uncomfortable. The reason why this isn't a lower score is because David is the best biology teacher. I think he is amazing in all honesty. The admins are not the best however.
