You will most likely get grumpy service here but they will do a good job. The main guy that runs / owns the shop - ‘Dingo’ - does not have great people skills but he makes up for that in bike skills. They have a quality range of bikes - road, mountain, racer and hybrids - and accessories. Their bicycle servicing is also of a high standard, I have taken bikes here after trying cheaper options (down the road) were the quality was just not there. If you can put up with a gruff manner, what you’ll get on your bike quality and servicing will be worth it.

Unbelievably rude. First and last time going into shop, a simple request to view the different shimano pads so I could pick the correct ones was far too hard. Went 100m down the road and they sorted me out in 5 mins. Don't waste your time here

Avoid anything to do with these guys they are absolute dogs. Rip off prices and incomplete services.. basically did nothing but oil the chain for $170.

Been going here for two years now, and received nothing but consistent quality service. Won’t sell you what you don’t need. If you’re not into BS and prefer quality this is the place. No lattes or compliments here. Just consistent quality service and bike servicing.

First time I’ve ever left a review on a shopWent in with a simple quest to buy a handlebar and left with nothing but a strong sense of how rude he was and would never want to shop there again.Given the other comments appear to say the same thing about the owner I’d suggest spending your money elsewhere.

Great shop. Really knows bicycles. Expert repairs and great advice. Don't go in looking for someone to fawn over your cycling exploits, he's direct, to the point, and gets the job done. I don't go there to get sunshine blown up my arse, I go in to get my bike fixed properly the first time.
