Zero Davey Boutique Apartments

Overwhelmingly exceeded my expectations, receptionist set the tone for our visit, so genuinely accommodating without being pretentious. Housekeeping staff friendly and welcoming and the room was the best! We have stayed in 3 hotels in Hobart in the past two months and this one is by far the best one. Will be our go to hotel in Hobart from this day forward… I’m so lucky there was availability for our stay, we will probably have to book ahead in the busier seasons. I can’t rate this place more highly!!!!

I stayed 6 nights recently in one of the Davey Street facing studios. It was clean, and the bed was comfie. As for the noise factor I had no issues, and slept fine. And I was up and out early in the morning for another day of exploring. I would recommend staying here and when I get the money together for another trip, I would stay here again. The location is great, close to so many things. I would like to thank Chris for arranging a great deal for me after having to already reschedule my trip twice due to covid and then the rain event last October. And also special thanks to the reception staff Shawn, Ang and Poppy who were always happy to assist me...Nothing was ever too hard.

Located perfectly in the harbor district right near all the great restaurants this 3 bedroom apartment was amazing. Super clean, great amenities and the size- wow! The bedrooms were huge, the bathroom was enormous and the living area felt more like a home than an apartment. Wonderful staff happy to assist despite the fact we had a 2am departure time(by choice)nothing was too hard. Just wonderful from start to finish and great valu.

4 of us stayed 5 days in 3 bedroom apartment last month ( March) . Spacious with large balcony. It would be noisy as it’s located on a busy street.It’s best to ask for a apartment or room in the back which is quieter. This place is near the wharf & close to exhibits, restaurants & cafe. Nice walk around the marina.

Great location close to salamanca market , 10 mins walk, and next to restaurants and seafood barges, good service would stay there again

We stayed at the beginning and end of our 2 week self drive family holiday to Tassie. This trip had been cancelled several times since 2019 due to Covid . Each time I spoke to very helpful staff who rebooked our dates. How delightful was it that upon check-in, that Sean recognised my name and greeted us warmly. Our family had grown to 6 adults and 3 young children. The size of the 3 bedroom (Tasman) apartment is huge, tastefully decorated and comfortably accommodated all of us with the addition of rollaway beds. It is immaculately clean ... very important with a 9 month old learning to crawl! Bedding is very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped (not that we cooked because of the proximity to excellent waterfront restaurants!) and spacious lounge and dining area. There is also a huge balcony and full laundry with washing machine & dryer. It is within walking distance to Salamanca markets on Saturdays and a well stocked Woolworths a few blocks away. It is well worth booking a parking space as they are limited.On our return we were thrilled to learn that we had been upgraded to the Penthouse with a tariff reduction ... thank you Sean! That is insanely good! This apartment had a large glass enclosed study with desk and lounge as well as the large lounge, dining and 3 spacious bedrooms. The waterfront views from the balcony were stunning both night & day. A Gaggeneau kitchen would be very much appreciated by keen cooks but I was in holiday mode so we only used it for breakfasts. As a sudden downpour hit as we were about to leave the foyer, Anh was quick to offer us umbrellas .. very thoughtful!Zero Davey provided a wonderful start and conclusion to our fabulous family holiday ... thank you!

Lovely room great bed clean and has everything we need .Walking distance, to the hub .

A basic, simple hotel in the heart of Hobart. Rooms were relatively clean but a bit old and out dated. Very self contained with a washing machine in the room. Good size rooms for 2 people. Easy check in/check out process. Cheaply priced hotel considering the great location. Good for a night or two.

Excellent location, clean comfortable accommodation, views over the harbour quiet room . The only minor complaint would be water pressure in the shower, great breakfast at the adjoining Cafe.
