Gloria Jean's Coffees
Reasonably large storefront in the local shopping centre food court. As far as franchise coffee goes, it's pretty decent. Coffee is fair trade and they have a good selection of hot and cold beverages. I would have rated them higher, but the seating area is pretty basic.

Lovely staff who really try to do their best and consistently deliver (even when they're up to their ears in highly demanding customers!). Love visiting and grabbing a yummy coffee when I'm in Darwin for holidays. Great work team!

Personally I love the place. The baristas there are gorgeous. They use high quality coffee.In addition the sympathy of all staff and we'll care with the clients, make the place unique.

Staff members are nice but the quality of the drink changes drastically depending on who is working. Sometimes when I order my drink is made very well but other days my coffee is very bitter or it just taste like milk and I don’t end up finishing it.

I came in yesterday and had a small skinny cap and one of your chicken pesto rolls I had over 1200 points and now I have nothing plus paid $11 something for the roll. Where has my points gone?
